1. Definitions
- "Tallive" refers to the business operating as Tallive, registered in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
- "User" or "You" refers to any person visiting the website or participating in a programme.
- "Programme" refers to any workshop, course or educational offering provided by Tallive.
- "Website" refers to the site accessible at tallive.biz.
- "Content" refers to all materials, worksheets, digital tools and written materials produced by Tallive.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or enquiring about or enrolling in a Tallive programme, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website or enrolling. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in our programmes.
3. Programme Description
Tallive provides general education workshops and courses focused on saving habits and behavioural aspects of personal finance. All content is intended as general educational material only. Nothing provided by Tallive constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or regulated financial services of any kind. Participants are encouraged to consult a licensed financial adviser for decisions specific to their circumstances.
4. Enrolment and Participation
Programme places are confirmed upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from Tallive. Enrolment is personal and non-transferable. Tallive reserves the right to decline or cancel an enrolment where necessary, with a full refund issued in such cases.
5. User Responsibilities
- Participants agree to engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants.
- Content shared within sessions by other participants is to be treated with discretion and not shared outside the group.
- You agree not to reproduce, distribute or commercialise any Tallive materials without written permission.
- You agree not to use our website or communications for spam, fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content created by Tallive — including worksheets, course materials, workbooks and website text — remains the intellectual property of Tallive. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use programme materials for your own personal learning only. Reproduction for commercial purposes is not permitted.
7. Payment and Refunds
Programme fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are payable in advance. Payment methods will be communicated at the time of enrolment. Cancellations made more than 7 days before a programme start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date may receive a credit toward a future session. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
8. Disclaimers
Tallive's programmes are provided for educational purposes only. We make no representations about the outcomes any individual participant will achieve. Financial decisions remain the sole responsibility of the individual. Tallive does not endorse or recommend any financial product, investment strategy or financial institution.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Tallive's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or participation in a programme shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific programme in question. Tallive shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or financial losses arising from reliance on programme content.
10. Termination
Tallive reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme without refund if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful or in breach of these terms. Participants may withdraw from a programme subject to the cancellation terms in Section 7.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed through direct communication with Tallive. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Johor Bahru.
12. General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tallive. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
13. Changes to These Terms
Tallive may update these terms periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website or participation in programmes after changes constitutes acceptance.
